All you need to provide is a little basic assembly, some wood and a couple runs to the hardware store. If you're not up for spending hundreds on a commercial core cutter, here's a really useful alternative. Each page is a GIF file of about 20 or so kB in size, so it should display fairly quickly on your browser. You can just print each page from there.
