I have four of the Berg6 receivers. Two were configured from the factory with channel #5 on the channel #5 output, the other two had channel #7 on the channel #5 output.

Remove the circuit board from the case (if you haven't already) by removing the piece of scotch tape from the antenna end of the receiver case. Slide the PCB out of the case.

With the servo connection pins facing you, the channel #5/#7 selection jumper is on the left hand side of the circuit board (near the edge of the PCB and in-line with the channel #1 pins). You will see a small 0 ohm surface mount resistor (tiny black square) with the marking "000". There is a center pad and a small pad on either side of the center pad. The 0 ohm resistor will be currently soldered from the center pad to an adjacent pad.

Pre-tin the un-connected pad with a small amount of solder.

Heat up the resistor and slide it over to the newly tinned pad and the center pad. Make sure that there are not solder splashes and the two connections look clean and shiny.

The instruction sheet should spell this out, but again two of my receivers came without instructions. BTW, the receivers are 0.4 ounces (without case), well built, dependable, low current and just plain excellent!
