Hi Jason,

Check out C&H Sales (800) 325-9465. They have several bi-metallic thermostats that will fit your bill. For instance Stock #'s HE9502, run about $2.95 each. These are +/- 5% of the temperature range, handle about 15 amps and open when the temperature is exceeded. You will need a thermometer to set them though..
